- Monuments shall be limited to one per lot.
- All monuments and markers shall have a permanent cement foundation. (This will be completed under the supervision of the superintendent)
- All flowers, except for funeral displays, should be planted in the ground, preferably in front of the main monument
- The cemetery reserves the right to remove all decayed flowers and outdated and/or damaged decorations within a reasonable length of time.
- There shall be NO shrubs and/or trees allowed. We have experienced an increasing number of complications with the maintenance of the cemetery due to overgrown shrubs that had planted at gravesites, therefore, we can no longer allow any to be planted.
- In the event of severe weather, a determination as to whether graves will be opened will be made by the superintendent.
- Sales of all graves shall be made only by the cemetery Board members. Any unwanted/unused lots or gravesites may be sold back to the cemetery by contacting the cemetery secretary.
- All vaults shall have a convex cover.
- The contour of all purchased cemetery lots shall remain the same as when purchased, unless it is deemed necessary to change by the Trustee's.
- Up to four (4); cremations are allowed per grave sites.
Beaver Cemetery is solely operated and maintained by volunteers.
